According to the chosen strategy, we use different candidate search channels: our own CV database, job sites, digital recruiting, referral recruiting, direct search.
Conduct an initial selection
Contact candidates by phone to pre-evaluate their overall adequacy, compliance with the vacancy requirements, professional skills and work experience. This stage helps to select the most suitable candidates for more detailed consideration at the next stages of selection.
We interview the selected candidates
Hold an additional meeting with candidates who have passed the initial selection. During the interview, we discuss their work experience, professional skills, qualifications and motivation in more detail. Learn about previous projects, ask additional questions to verify compliance with the vacancy profile, and discuss the working conditions. This stage helps us to better understand the candidates and make an informed decision whether to recommend them to the customer
We show you the suitable candidates
Offer the customer a compilation of CVs of the most suitable candidates for a specific vacancy. Usually we provide 2 to 5 CVs for one vacancy, so that the client could see few candidates and choose the most suitable. We do not shift our work to the customer, but carefully research and select candidates to provide only the best. This approach ensures a high level of satisfaction in 99% of cases.
We control the candidate's start of work
At this stage, we monitor the selected candidate recruitment process. We keep in touch with the candidate and the customer, clarify all the details of registration and help to resolve any issues that arise. Our goal is —to provide a smooth process of adding a new employee to position and make sure that he/she will begin work timely and with no problem.
We accompany the candidate during the warranty period
At this stage, we keep in touch with our employed candidate, clarify how his/her adaptation is going, solve problems or questions that arise. If, during the probation period, the customer or candidate decides to terminate the cooperation, we will find another candidate for free.
We coordinate interviews with candidates on the Customer’s territory
We contact candidates to arrange an interview date and time, confirm their participation, and provide all necessary logistics information, including address and contact details. We coordinate the work of all participants in the process and promptly notify all parties if the schedule changes. We collect feedback from all interview participants. At the Customer’s request, we provide them with feedback and also inform candidates about the results.
